2021 Dodge Durango Vs 2020 Dodge Durango : comparison and test

2021 Dodge Durango Vs 2020 Dodge Durango : comparison and test

The Dodge Durango has long proven its capability with both a muscular look and unbeatable towing capacity. As a midsize SUV, it stands out from the crowd because of its power, performance, and three rows of seats. While other midsize SUVs go with a standard four-cylinder engine, the Durango starts at a V6 and offers buyers the option of a forceful HEMI V8.

For 2021, Dodge continues to be bold and masculine with the Durango, but the refresh has provided changes that also offer convenience and comfort instead of just power.

Interior

Dodge focused a lot on the Dodge Durango's interior when making revisions for the 2021 model. The changes make the cockpit more driver-focused, including a more intuitive layout for the infotainment display and other controls. Shifting them slightly to the left shows that the driver is in command of the vehicle and all its parts.

Technology

Dodge did not really change the standard technology features on the 2021 Dodge Durango's lowest model, but there are many new upgrades that are available to buyers. The first is a new 10.1-inch infotainment system that features the latest and greatest Uconnect interface and comes bundled with a wireless smartphone charging pad. This new system is optional on the GT model and standard on the Citadel and above models.

Exterior

While the interior changes are more noticeable, Dodge did make some significant adjustments to the Durango's look for 2021. New headlamps, an updated grille, and redesigned front bumper pair with a revised rear spoiler for a cleaner and more aerodynamic look.
